Nabeel Manal
CEO and President
Nabeel Manal, grandson of Himalaya founder Mr. M. Manal, graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing. After graduation, he worked at Himalaya’s headquarters in Bangalore, India learning the family business. With a year of experience under his belt, Nabeel ventured on his own, spending six years back in the United States as a senior consultant at Hewitt Associates. In this role, he served as a business leader in the health care consulting practice where he consulted with Fortune 500 organizations to create strategies to help optimize their investment in health care.
In June 2004, Nabeel returned to Himalaya’s headquarters as Vice Chairman. In this role worked with the leadership team on Himalaya’s strategic vision, formed a new company to market lifestyle products and increased collaboration among Himalaya’s international offices.
In May 2006 Nabeel relocated to the United States full time to lead and develop the North American (United States and Canada) & Caribbean markets as President and Chief Executive Officer of Himalaya Herbal Healthcare in Houston, Texas.
While continuing his grandfather’s dream of bringing the benefits of herbs to everyone is his main passion, Nabeel also loves to spend time with his family and friends. During his “down” time he enjoys reading, traveling, playing tennis, running and discovering new restaurants. |

Grace Ormstein, M.D., PhD, CTN
Medical Director/Scientific Advisor
Dr. Ormstein graduated from medical school and completed two years of postgraduate residencies in general medicine and dermatology in Poland before coming to the US. Her further postgraduate studies and residencies were in pediatrics and psychiatry. A strong advocate of natural health products, Dr. Ormstein also became certified in naturopathic medicine. With over 20 years of practicing medicine along with her extensive understanding of plants , she interacts daily with customers, retailers, and health practitioners from all disciplines and all walks of life, answering scientific and technical questions regarding natural health care and Himalaya products in particular. Dr. Ormstein is a member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants and also participates in continuing education programs in natural and herbal medicine. |

Warren E. Niece
Director of Marketing/Public Relations
Warren Niece joined Himalaya Herbal Healthcare in February 1997. He brings more than 15 years of marketing experience to his position as marketing director. Warren coordinates all consumer and trade marketing, advertising and media relations. Provides graphic design and product development for the company's goal in achieving a worldwide presence for Himalaya Herbal Healthcare. Prior to joining Himalaya, Warren was Director of Marketing for a retail optical company. His experience also includes serving as Marketing and Advertising Manager for a major cruise line in Miami, Florida before relocating to Houston. Warren is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and Houston Advertising Federation (HAF). |

Pratibha Sachdev MA, CHHC, Master Esthetician
Education and Product Manager
Organique by Himalaya
Pratibha Sachdev serves as the Education and Product Manager of Organique by Himalaya. She has been in the retail skin care industry for more than twenty years. A graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, certified as a Holistic Health Counselor by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, she also holds a M. A. from Bombay University, India. She is a Licensed Esthetician and Certified in Electrolysis, Derma Pigmentation, Reflexology, Massage Therapy, Holistic Health Counseling, Raindrop Therapy, EFT, Yoga and Ayurveda.
Born in Mumbai, India, she has lived in and traveled to West Indies, England and Europe. She is a firm believer in a thought shared by Aristotle that in all things of Nature, there is something of the marvelous; when used with an exact and precise science, they have the power to become miraculous. Pratibha believes in performance with purpose and is committed to and focused on generating healthy long term business solutions and relationships while giving back to the communities Himalaya Herbal Healthcare serves.

Edward Ramos
Customer Care Supervisor
Edward Ramos, attended the University of Houston majoring in Business Administration, and is a champion for Customer Service with over 10 years experience. His work experience includes working for GTE/Verizon Wireless, Reliant Energy, and most recently Wilmar Industries/Interline Brands. He learned at a young age to treat people as you wish to be treated and has lived by that creed ever since.
In his leisure time, Edward enjoys spending time with family and friends. A favorite quote of his is, "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life."-Confucius

Ryan Malone
Education & Public Relations
Ryan Malone began his career in the late 1980’s as a radio copywriter, before becoming a news and program director for the Goetz Broadcasting Corporation in Central and Southern Wisconsin. Lured by a retailer neighbor into the world of nutrition, he switched gears to manage the nationally award-winning health food and supplement store, Basics, in Janesville, Wisconsin. He moved to Las Vegas in 1996 to become a national sales management consultant for Avatar Marketing, an industry firm specializing in emerging companies in the natural products arena.
He joined the staff of Himalaya Herbal Healthcare in 1998, where he has served in a variety of capacities before landing in the company’s education and public relations department, where he now writes and develops education and marketing material, appears as a frequent radio guest, and travels across the country to educate retail employees on the Himalaya line. His favorite quote appeared magically in a fortune cookie last year, right after a dinner training, and it made him feel so good, he still keeps it in his wallet. “One learns most from teaching others.”
When he’s not on the road, Ryan enjoys relaxing at home, reading and listening to classical music. His idea of a perfect world includes good meals and peaceful moments with family and friends, trips abroad, yoga, art museums and occasionally, donuts.
