CEO and President
Nabeel Manal
Nabeel Manal, grandson of Himalaya founder Mr. M. Manal, graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing. After graduation, he worked at Himalaya’s headquarters in Bangalore, India learning the family business. With a year of experience under his belt, Nabeel ventured on his own, spending six years back in the United States as a senior consultant at Hewitt Associates. In this role, he served as a business leader in the health care consulting practice where he consulted with Fortune 500 organizations to create strategies to help optimize their investment in health care.
In June 2004, Nabeel returned to Himalaya’s headquarters as Vice Chairman. In this role worked with the leadership team on Himalaya’s strategic vision, formed a new company to market lifestyle products and increased collaboration among Himalaya’s international offices.
In May 2006 Nabeel relocated to the United States full time to lead and develop the North American (United States and Canada) & Caribbean markets as President and Chief Executive Officer of Himalaya Herbal Healthcare in Houston, Texas.
While continuing his grandfather’s dream of bringing the benefits of herbs to everyone is his main passion, Nabeel also loves to spend time with his family and friends. During his “down” time he enjoys reading, traveling, playing tennis, running and discovering new restaurants. |

Medical Director/Scientific Advisor
Grace Ormstein, M.D.
Dr.Ormstein graduated from medical school in Poland before coming to the US in 1979. She is unique in that she completed not the usual single medical residency program but three residencies - in dermatology, pediatrics and psychiatry. A strong advocate of Natural Health Products, Dr. Ormstein serves on the Editorial Board of the Women's Health Alternative Medicine Report. With her extensive understanding of plants, Dr. Ormstein provides consultation and education to both health care professionals and the public. |

Warren E. Niece
Warren Niece joined Himalaya Herbal Healthcare in February 1997. He brings more than 15 years of marketing experience to his position as marketing director. Warren coordinates all consumer and trade marketing, advertising and media relations. Provides graphic design and product development for the company's goal in achieving a worldwide presence for Himalaya Herbal Healthcare. Prior to joining Himalaya, Warren was Director of Marketing for a retail optical company. His experience also includes serving as Marketing and Advertising Manager for a major cruise line in Miami, Florida before relocating to Houston. Warren is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and Houston Advertising Federation (HAF). |

National Sales Manager
Michael Vincent
A longtime proponent of health and fitness in both his personal and professional life, Michael S. Vincent joined Himalaya’s American division in October 2006 as the company’s National Sales Manager, overseeing activities in the U.S. market.
Bringing more than a decade of sales and brand management skill to the forefront of Himalaya’s leadership team, Vincent received his B.S. in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University before moving on to a successful career with industry leaders like E.A.S. and Country Life.
A skilled athlete and bodybuilder in his own right, Vincent also served as a territory manager for Met-RX/Worldwide, culminating in an impressive track record of successful business development, innovative market strategies and creative promotional activity.
In his time off from a vigorous national traveling schedule, Vincent plays basketball and flag football at the YMCA, enjoys snow skiing, and teaches an early morning boot camp workout class three times a week before heading into the office.
His energy, tenacity and industry experience, coupled with a dynamic and educative sales approach make Michael Vincent a key part of Himalaya Herbal Healthcare’s American operation. |
