Amla C (Emblica officinalis)

Amla also known as Indian gooseberry or Amalaki, has one of the highest concentrations of natural vitamin C of any edible plant. It is an essential component of Chyavanprash which supports a normal immune system, and of Triphala which supports a normal digestive system.
